Messages here come to us, the referral service. We connect you with independent local pros and don't measure, price or repair anything. Ask about a request, a quote or your details; we reply by email.

- New work goes on the quote form. A fogged sealed unit, rollers that stick, a screen with a tear: the quote form sends it, with photos, to a pro who does that work.

How we handle your message
- Your message stays with us unless you ask us to share it with a pro, for example to chase a quote.
- Writing to us does not add you to a mailing list. Our privacy policy explains how to see, correct or delete your details.
Questions about a referral or a quote you received
The pro never called back, or the quote never came. What can you do?
Send your name, the job's postal code and roughly when you sent it. We contact the pro, or pass the job to another pro who covers your area. We can't say when they will call, but we follow it up. See how it works.
How do I stop emails, texts or calls about my request?
Use the unsubscribe link in any email or text, or ask here. A pro you ask to stop calling must put you on their do-not-call list under the CRTC's telemarketing rules.
Can you explain a quote a pro sent me?
We can explain its terms and what a written quote usually lists. The price and conditions are between you and the pro.
